McPherson Arts Alliance seeks to provide individuals with opportunities to improve their artistic skills through educational art classes. MAA hosts the McPherson County Student Art Exhibition and Scholarship Competition annually in April. The event has been in existence for over 38 years. The art exhibition traditionally has displayed work by McPherson County sixth to twelfth-grade students. Each year MAA awards three scholarships to outstanding portfolio submissions by area seniors.
