In honor of Edwin R. Stucky's work as a Debate and Forensics teacher at Moundridge High School, funds are to promote participation in the public-school setting at middle and high school levels. The purpose of grant funds is to help fund middle school exposure to debate and forensics; enable travel to more prestigious/competitive tournaments in Kansas; and help fund any students who might qualify for national tournaments.
